As there are only limited buses on the market, please ensure you make your booking earlier especially on days where you may require a number of buses.

Bookings amendment:

Once your booking is confirmed, customers can amend changes with 3 working days notice;

If notice is given to us less than 3 working days, we will try our best to amend based on your request but we cannot guarantee the amendment request can be fulfilled.

Cancel booking:
If less than 5 working days notice, you may be charged 30% of your total bus fares.

In the case of typhoon no.3/amber rain or above, there will be no charges for cancellation.

In certain special circumstances (such as protest or pandemic), you may discuss further with us for cancellation or rescheduling.

The above terms and conditions shall be determined at the absolute sole discretion of Alpaca Transportation.
